No, but you don't need one to remove your rotor, all you need is a screwdriver with the right head, which I do have.

yeah but i need a wheel lol and dont want to spend cash, and i have the 30 tooth on my bike, i ran 30 13 for as long as i had my bike, and i got a 9t wheel and put it on but cant get my spidnle or sprocket off and put the 25t on

i have no idea i just was riding and it locked up i took out the driver and its blown, im looking for another hub 9t my hubshell can sill be used i wanna see if i can get my driver fixed and take it to the bike shop
